Return Policy
For all non-customized items we have a 14 day return policy, which means you can request a return up to 14 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, closed and sealed. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the product has been opened, unsealed, installed, used, or registered, it may be accepted at our discretion for store credit only, and a restocking fee may apply.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at via our contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. The costs related to this shipping label will be charged to you unless it is a defective item or an error. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Initial shipping costs incurred and paid by NOX Gaming, including those in a free shipping promotion, may be charged to the customer in connection with the return of bulky items with high shipping costs due to their size and delivery location.

Damages & Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it. Requests related to defects, shipping damage, or wrong items should be reported within 5 days of delivery so we can assess and correct the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items (Custom Gaming PCs)) and personal care products (such as of beauty). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Trades
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to make a plan. We offer cross trades using credit card authorization.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
Refund charges
In the event of a refund requested by the customer, the customer is responsible for the payment of any transaction fees including, but not limited to, credit fees in the case of an invoiced payment transaction, financing fees charged by the financing company, shipping fees incured to NOX Gaming or any other related fees.
In the event of extreme default by NOX Gaming, these fees will not be charged to the customer.
Opened or unsealed items (store credit only)
If a product has been opened, unsealed, installed, used, registered, or is no longer in resellable new condition, it is eligible for store credit only. No refunds will be issued to the original payment method for these items. Opened/unsealed return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping for non-defective opened/unsealed items is the customer’s responsibility.
If the item is defective
If the item is confirmed defective after inspection, we will issue full store credit equal to the amount paid for the item (including applicable taxes).
If the item is returned (not defective)
If the return is approved and the item is not defective, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the store credit amount. The exact fee depends on the product category, condition, completeness (all accessories/packaging), and the testing or reconditioning required.
