Enthusiasts from all across Canada reach out to us to build their PC, choose their wheel, fix an issue or take their setup further. We're opening this position so that every one of those people gets a real answer, from someone who understands what they're looking for.

What you'll actually be doing

Your role is to be the person on the other end of the line. The one who answers, solves the problem and makes people want to come back.

• Answer questions and handle follow-ups with our community, by phone, email, Messenger and WhatsApp;
• Welcome customers in person and help them choose. A showroom is on the way, and you'll be the person greeting them.
• Explain specs clearly so customers leave confident in their choice
• Handle after-sales service: diagnose, reassure, find the solution and follow up until it's fully resolved;
• Prepare and track orders, communicate lead times and alternatives when a product is delayed.

There are very few positions where business development and sim racing meet. NOX Gaming is opening one.

If you know sim racing and negotiating, building relationships and seizing opportunities are among your strengths, we want to talk to you.

Your role

You'll become a sim racing reference within the team, putting your technical expertise to work for business development. Your goal will be to grow our sim racing division.

• Build relationships with new manufacturers, suppliers and partners, and negotiate agreements;
• Identify new business and differentiation opportunities for NOX Gaming;
• Contribute to the sim racing and flight simulation strategy, and to the creation of turnkey offerings;
• Represent NOX Gaming at targeted events;
• Advise our customers and support the team on more advanced technical questions;
• Assist with processing orders related to sim racing products.

The profile we're looking for

• Experience in business development, negotiation, sales or partnership management;
• Real knowledge of sim racing: building and configuring simulators, platforms like iRacing or Assetto Corsa, and ecosystems like SIMAGIC, MOZA, Conspit or Fanatec;
• English functional enough to build international business relationships and serve a Canada-wide clientele;
• Resourcefulness, autonomy and a good team spirit.
