During peak periods like Black Friday or early summer, order volumes increase significantly. Our team works efficiently through high-demand periods, but extra days may be needed.
If a specific part isn't in stock in North America, we'll work directly with distributors and manufacturers worldwide to source it. Rare components, custom decals, and memorabilia sometimes require coordination with external suppliers, which adds lead time.
We have an in-house 3D printer for custom decorative elements, but depending on your vision, we may collaborate with local freelance artists for woodworking, airbrush painting, UV printing, and more. Great art takes time.
Most custom builds are completed in under a week. Highly complex builds with rare components and original custom artwork can range from a few weeks to several months. We will always give you a realistic timeline upfront before going ahead with the project.
Custom builds are a premium service by nature, and we want to be transparent about that. The reality of today's component market is that building a quality PC with the specs it deserves costs significantly more than it did a few years ago. Between DDR5 memory, current-generation GPUs, and the sourcing effort that goes into a truly custom build, the starting point for a Dream Build is higher than a standard off-the-shelf machine.
That said, we price every build as fairly as possible. You're paying for components at honest market value, plus the expertise, sourcing work, custom fabrication, and hands-on craftsmanship that goes into making your vision a reality. We don't pad margins, we don't cut corners.

We offer free shipping for all of our PCs throughout Canada for all customers, whether you order a custom-built, configured, pre-built, one-off or hybrid gaming PC. We ship most PCs with Purolator and require a signature upon reception for every computer delivered.
