Shipping if free for orders of 150$, or and more in Canada, or 200$ in the United States.*
In-store pickup is always free, and we'll contact you when your order is ready.

*Some additional fees may apply for delivery to remote areas, or for heavier and bulkier products such as rigs, chassis, frames, seats, and SimRacing rig accessories. Contact us to find out more.

Preparation

The majority of our computers are built on order. Therefore, delays for orders can range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the volume of orders.
You can choose the "Priority Build" option to be moved to the top of the build waiting list when purchasing a Gaming PC.
For SimRacing gear and ready to ship PCs (Hybrid PC + Some Pre-configured), expect delays of around one to four business days.
If one or more items from your order are back-ordered, we will contact you by phone or email to inform you of the delays and the available solutions as soon as possible.

Packaging

Computers are securely packed with InstaPak® stretch polyurethane foam, polystyrene and additional bubble wrap.
SimRacing products are shipped in their original boxes. If several items are ordered, we assemble them in one or more boxes.

Shipping

We use Purolator and Canpar as our main delivery partners.
Depending on the destination, or in the event of exhaustive costing by our traditional partners, we occasionally use Canada Post, Fedex and UPS.
We'll send you an order tracking link as soon as your order ships.
It is normal not to receive a tracking number immediately. It will be sent as soon as shipment is complete.

Order reception

We require a signature on our deliveries so that it is not left unattended.
If you wish to pick up your package at your local warehouse, please notify us immediately after placing your order. We will try to make this possible with Purolator or Canpar.
In the case of a computer, a quick-start guide will be included in the box. If you encounter any difficulties in the process, don't hesitate to contact us on Messenger.
