Thrustmaster Drivers and Firmware is used on PC to install the drivers and update the TPR firmware.
T.A.R.G.E.T is free, optional PC software used to combine the TPR with other Thrustmaster devices as a single USB device and load or create game profiles.
The Thrustmaster TPR Pendular Rudder is the expert-level rudder system of the Thrustmaster flight range, built around realistic dimensions and precise control for total immersion in every type of flight simulation. It suits military and civil aviation alike, for solo or formation flight, and it is made for PC pilots who want a rudder that can keep up with a serious HOTAS or yoke setup. Its sturdy pendular design can be used underneath a desk or installed in a flight simulation cockpit, making it a lasting centrepiece for a dedicated home sim setup.
The TPR features Thrustmaster‘s exclusive PENDUL_R technology, a suspended mechanism that delivers smooth, fluid pedal movement. It works together with H.E.A.R.T. (HallEffect AccuRate Technology) 3D Hall effect magnetic sensors, which provide 16-bit resolution on 3 axes: rudder, left differential brake and right differential brake. That means 65,536 values on each axis and a precision of 0.005°, so even the smallest corrections are picked up. Because the sensors are magnetic, the action is frictionless and ultra-precise, and it will not change over time, giving you the same consistent feel flight after flight.
Adjustability lets you shape the TPR to your style. The position of the springs can be changed to set the resistance (two springs are included), and the pedals adjust to five positions at angles between 35° and 75°. The metal differential brake pedals are attached by the user, and the tools needed are supplied. The rudder measures 45.6 x 33.6 x 41.5 cm and weighs 7 kg. On PC, T.A.R.G.E.T software lets you combine the TPR with other Thrustmaster devices so they are recognized as a single USB device, and load or create profiles for each game, with dedicated TPR profiles available from Thrustmaster support.
