The Thrustmaster T.Flight U.S. Air Force Edition-DTS is a multiplatform gaming headset officially licensed by the U.S. Air Force as a tribute to its pilots. Its design is inspired by real aviation headsets, and it joins Thrustmaster‘s flight simulation range alongside the U.S. Air Force licensed HOTAS Warthog controls. It is made for virtual pilots who want clear radio chatter and engine sound in the cockpit, while its universal 3.5 mm connection makes it just as useful for any other game on PC or console.
Two 50 mm analytic drivers deliver crystal-clear sound without saturation, with a stable frequency response curve that keeps the audio balanced and faithful to what developers intended. Sound levels reach 116 dB SPL (+/- 3 dB) with distortion held to 1% or less, for powerful yet precise reproduction. DTS Headphone:X technology, with a code included for Xbox and PC, adds immersive 3D spatialization so you can better place sounds around you, whether that is a wingman’s call or a threat closing from behind.
Comfort is built in for long flights: memory foam ear pad cushions with a layer of gel adapt to all ear shapes, while a metal headband frame and padded leather headband cushion combine durability with a premium finish. The unidirectional microphone targets only your voice, and it is detachable and adjustable to suit every head shape. Four additional decorative faceplates let you change the headset’s look. It works with PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and Mac, plus tablets and smartphones with calling functions.
