None. The Hydro-Link Pro Kit is a fully mechanical upgrade. Your SIMNET SP Pedal or SHB Handbrake continues to use its existing load cell and USB signal output, so no software changes, drivers, or new calibration tools are needed. Recalibrating your pedal or handbrake in SimHub (or your usual configuration utility) is recommended after installation to remap the full pressure range to your new resistance curve.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is free on orders of $150.00 or more in Canada, or $200 or more in the United States, except for bulky items such as chassis, frames, and racing seats, which are subject to a fixed shipping fee. Orders under their specific country’s treshold are subject to a flat shipping fee of $19.99.

The Hydro-Link Pro Kit changes how your SIMNET SP Pedals’ brake or SHB Handbrake feel.
Most loadcell pedals and handbrakes rely on rubber elastomers or steel springs to simulate resistance. Predictable, useful, but always abstract. Hydraulic fluid behaves differently. Pressure builds progressively, modulation tightens as load increases, and the pedal pushes back the way a real braking system does, because mechanically, it is one.
The Hydro-Link Pro Kit (A-HPK) bolts onto your existing SIMNET hardware and replaces the stock resistance assembly with a sealed hydraulic cylinder running dedicated DOT4 brake fluid, the same fluid specification used in passenger and competition vehicles. The result is the closest feel to a real car’s brake or a real hydraulic handbrake you can install at this price point, without rebuilding your entire pedal set or migrating to a different brand.
Load-bearing components are constructed from high-strength 7075 aluminum alloy, the same grade used in aerospace and motorsport structural parts. Contact surfaces receive high-frequency surface hardening, extending durability through repeated full-pressure stops, lap after lap, season after season.
A single Hydro-Link Pro Kit is compatible with either the SIMNET SP Loadcell Pedal or the SIMNET SHB Loadcell Handbrake, giving you flexibility to upgrade whichever component matters most to your driving style first.
The Hydro-Link Pro Kit ships without a stack or load pre-installed, so avoid pressing the unit repeatedly before it is mounted onto your SIMNET SP Pedal or SHB Handbrake. Doing so may cause the slave cylinder piston to gradually extend outward; if this happens, simply push the piston back into its original position by hand. The A-HPK is designed for upright installation only and must never be mounted or operated in an inverted (upside-down) position. When using the unit for the first time, or after replacing the elastomer stack, follow the cylinder setup procedure included with your kit before use. Keep the interior of the slave cylinder free of dust and debris at all times, and remove any foreign particles immediately to ensure smooth operation and a longer service life. The included elastomers are consumable wear items (one extra piece of each type is provided in the box) and are not covered under warranty.
