Asetek Racing La Prima Clutch System

The Asetek Racing La Prima Clutch System is the add-on clutch pedal that turns an Asetek Racing brake and throttle set into a full three-pedal setup for manual shifting. It is the most accessible clutch in the Asetek Racing range, made for drivers who race H-pattern cars, practice clutch starts or simply want the complete feel of driving a real car. It is compatible only with Asetek Racing pedals, including the La Prima, Forte and Invicta sets, the S-Series versions and the Pagani Huayra R pedals, and it is not a stand-alone product. It can later be upgraded to the Invicta Clutch with an upgrade kit.

Pedal position is read by a contactless 16-bit magnetic Hall sensor, so there is no mechanical wear and no maintenance, and every engagement stays precise and repeatable. Four mechanical pedal curve settings let you shape how the clutch engages, and the pedal stop and travel can both be adjusted to suit your seating position and driving style. In RaceHub you can calibrate the pedal and set the upper and lower dead zones and the bite point, so clutch starts and gear changes feel consistent from one session to the next.

Construction follows the rest of the Asetek Racing pedal family, with a die-cast aluminum zero-play pedal arm designed for 200 kg of force and a burst pressure up to 700 kg, mounted on a die-cast pedal base with an integrated heel rest. All adjustable mechanical parts are colored orange so they are easy to find. The clutch slides directly onto your pedals with two screws and a small electrical connector. Please note an Asetek Racing pedal set is required and sold separately, and installation uses the hex keys supplied with the Forte and Invicta brake and throttle pedal sets.
