Asetek Racing RaceHub is used to calibrate the brake and throttle, set dead zones and throttle curves, and configure the RGB LEDs, with settings saved to the pedals.
The Asetek Racing Forte Sim Racing Pedals are a brake and throttle set inspired by real-life racing, sitting between the entry La Prima pedals and the hydraulic Invicta flagship. Instead of going fully hydraulic, the Forte brake uses Asetek Racing‘s M.L.C.P.C. (Mechanical Load Cell Powered Cylinder) system to recreate the sensation of a real race car brake, giving you the firm, pressure-based pedal that helps you brake later and more consistently. Developed with feedback from both real racers and sim enthusiasts, the set suits drivers moving up from entry-level pedals who want a serious performance step and a platform that can grow with them.
Many mechanical pedals rely on squeezing an elastomer with no real limit, which can feel spongy and wear the elastomer out. The M.L.C.P.C. system works in two stages like a real car: a soft stage where you tune the hardness by changing elastomers, with travel limited by a mechanical stop to 15 to 25 mm on the pedal plate, then a hard stage where a rubber damper creates the feel of a fully engaged caliper while the load cell keeps measuring extra pressure for trail braking. Thanks to its gearing, every elastomer setting uses the full load cell resolution of around 4000 points over about 12 mm of cylinder travel, with up to 180 kg of brake force at the pedal plate. The throttle uses a contactless 16-bit Hall sensor.
The pedal base, arms and plates are black anodized aluminum with CNC machined contrast surfaces, the arms are designed for 200 kg of force, and the set is tested to more than 1,000,000 activations. Color-coded orange adjusters make the setup intuitive and mostly tool-less: brake travel, pedal stop and initial touch preload, throttle hardness, travel and stop, an interchangeable throttle spring, and vertically adjustable plates. The sock-friendly face plates are comfortable without racing shoes, and the base includes a heel rest and RGB LEDs configurable in RaceHub. A single USB cable connects to the PC, with settings saved onboard. The set can later be upgraded toward Invicta with upgrade kits. Please note the clutch pedal is sold separately.
