Asetek RaceHub is used to update firmware and set up every device in the bundle, from force feedback, steering range and profile presets to button mapping, LED behavior and pedal calibration.
This Asetek Racing bundle sits at the top of the range, built around the Invicta 27Nm direct drive wheelbase, the most powerful base Asetek Racing makes. It pairs the Invicta with the Forte Formula Button Box fitted with the Formula LMP Handles and the flagship Invicta T.H.O.R.P. II hydraulic brake and throttle pedals. Where the La Prima and Forte bundles use mechanical load cell brakes, this one moves to a real hydraulic system, and the closed LMP handles give the feel of a Le Mans prototype wheel. It is aimed at committed sim racers who want the most torque and the most realistic braking the brand offers, on formula cars and prototypes alike.
The Invicta produces 27 Nm of peak and holding torque with a 9.4 Nm/ms peak slew rate, so kerb strikes and snap oversteer reach your hands instantly, while its 22-bit absolute encoder resolves about 4,000,000 steps per revolution. The Forte Formula Button Box offers 12 push buttons, 2 seven-way Kinky switches, 3 rotary encoders, 6 thumb encoders, 2 magnetic shifter paddles and 49 aRGB LEDs. The T.H.O.R.P. II brake works in two stages like a real car, with an automotive-grade pressure sensor reading 0 to 100 bar, about 180 kg at the pedal plate, for precise trail braking based on force rather than position.
The Invicta base has an anodized extruded aluminum housing, six programmable RGB LED zones, five USB-C ports for the pedals and the Asetek Racing Quick Release, with no cables or batteries to the wheel. The button box uses a carbon fiber reinforced chassis with a 2 mm woven carbon fiber face, and the LMP Handles give a 290 mm closed wheel. The pedals are black anodized aluminum with tool-free orange adjusters and include the Long Travel Kit. Everything is tuned in RaceHub on a Windows 11 PC. Please note a cockpit is required and sold separately, as wheel stands and desk clamps are not suitable for the Invicta; the clutch pedal is also sold separately.
