Order Processing
Sim Racing orders are typically processed within 1 to 4 business days, depending on current order volume. During peak periods such as holiday sales or promotional events, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free on orders of $150.00 or more in Canada, or $200 or more in the United States, except for bulky items such as chassis, frames, and racing seats, which are subject to a fixed shipping fee.
Orders under their specific country’s treshold are subject to a flat shipping fee of $19.00.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by location once the order has shipped.
Eastern Canada: approximately 3 business days
Central, Northern, and Western Canada: up to 5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or remote locations.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided once the order leaves our warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as it becomes available.
If you have not received tracking information yet, it means your order is still being prepared or processed.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are clearly identified on the product page. Estimated availability dates are provided as a reference and may change due to manufacturer or supplier delays.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that shipment will occur once the item becomes available, not at the time of purchase.
Product Availability
Stock levels displayed on the website are indicative only and may not always reflect real-time availability.
If an item is unavailable or backordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the expected restocking delay and discuss available options.
