Honeycomb Alpha Flight Controls Lite Yoke

The Honeycomb Alpha Flight Controls Lite is the streamlined, beginner-friendly version of Honeycomb‘s flagship Alpha yoke. Built for entry-level simmers and first flights, it delivers the core of the Alpha experience, realistic yoke handling and Honeycomb build quality, without the extra panels and switches. It connects directly to your PC or Mac and works with major simulators out of the box, so you can start flying right away and add a throttle quadrant or rudder pedals later as your home cockpit grows. It is compatible with Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane 11 and 12, and Prepar3D, with a wide range of aircraft types.

The yoke offers a full 180° of rotation on a solid steel shaft, with a self-centering mechanism and a minimal dead zone for precise control and exact manoeuvres inspired by real aircraft. The controls are focused on the essentials: the left handle carries a POV (HAT) switch, a 2-way rocker switch and 2 programmable buttons, while the right handle has a 2-way rocker switch and 2 programmable buttons, for a total of 2 rocker switches and 4 programmable buttons that you can map to trim, views, autopilot or any function you use most.

High-quality materials and precision components give the Alpha Lite a long-lasting, smooth-running control system, ideal for your first flights and well beyond. It connects over USB-C with the included USB-C to USB-A cable and comes with a mounting solution and a yoke connector cable. With Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 it is plug and fly, and for 2024 Honeycomb provides a button mapping guide and ready-to-use device profiles. Compared with the original Alpha Flight Controls, the Lite has fewer switches and a simpler design; the original Alpha adds a full switch panel, an ignition switch and more advanced features for experienced simmers.
