The Thrustmaster T248R is an all-in-one racing wheel and 3-pedal set aimed at advanced players who want strong, responsive force feedback and a full-featured interface without moving to a larger setup. It is the refreshed version of the T248, with a sporty new design, and it works with PS5, PS4 and PC. Its versatility makes it a great fit for every driving style, from GT and touring cars to rally and open-wheel racing, whether you are upgrading from a first wheel or building a compact, capable home setup.
Force feedback comes from the T-HD (Hybrid Drive) system, delivering 3.1 Nm of torque with 48 W of constant power for powerful, responsive effects. Three BOOST levels let you instantly adjust the intensity to your preferences and the type of race. A built-in color LCD screen lets you change wheel and force feedback settings even in the middle of a game, and with 20 available displays and 4 LEDs it shows real-time information such as speed, engine RPM and lap time. The included T3PM pedal set uses contactless Hall effect (H.E.A.R.T) sensors and offers 4 adjustable pressure levels on the brake.
The 28 cm rim is wrapped in perforated leather for a firm, comfortable grip, and imitation carbon finishes on the faceplate give the wheel an aggressive look. Twenty-five action buttons, including 2 dual-activation encoders, keep every control close at hand, while T-MP paddle shifters with Mag-Shift sensors deliver instant, precise gear changes. The wheel mounts with the included clamping system and fastening screw. The T248R can be expanded with Thrustmaster accessories such as the TH8A or TH8S shifters, the TSS Handbrake, T-LCM or T3PA pedals and the TM Racing Clamp, all sold separately.
