The Thrustmaster Hypercar Wheel Add-On brings the elegance and performance of luxury hypercars to your sim rig. Its distinctive oval shape and ergonomics are directly inspired by these exceptionally powerful road-going machines, and the build quality matches the theme, with high-grade materials and refined finishes throughout. It is a detachable wheel rim for expert drivers who want a premium, full-featured wheel for hypercar racing on a next-generation Thrustmaster Direct Drive base, without needing any adapter.
The grip surfaces are wrapped in meticulously topstitched leather for a firm, comfortable hold, with Alcantara adding an extra touch of refinement. An aluminum central faceplate keeps the wheel rigid while holding weight to just 1,433 g, and each rim carries its own unique forged carbon component. The interface is built for demanding drivers: 25 action buttons, including 4 rotary encoders crafted of aluminum, and 2 user-configurable LEDs that display race information. Metal paddle shifters with magnetic sensors deliver instant gear changes, while fully configurable front analog triggers work as a dual clutch with a clutch assist function, letting you set the biting point for lightning-fast starts in compatible games.
The Hypercar Wheel Add-On is equipped with the next-gen Quick Release system and is natively compatible with the T818, the T598 and all future Thrustmaster racing wheel bases, for a pure connection without a special adapter. It is listed for PC, PS5, PS4 and Xbox, depending on the racing wheel base used. The box includes extra sticker sheets and precision tweezers so you can personalize the wheel, plus a Torx installation wrench. Please note this is a wheel rim only; a T818 or T598 racing wheel base is required and sold separately.
