ThrustmapperX is Thrustmaster‘s free configuration app for Windows and Xbox, used to remap controls, set stick sensitivity and dead zones, adjust vibration and manage profiles.
The Thrustmaster eSwap S Pro Controller is a modular gamepad built for competitive players who want more precision and responsiveness than a standard controller can offer. Officially licensed for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Windows PCs, it brings the core idea of Thrustmaster‘s eSwap family, swappable mini-stick modules, into a streamlined design aimed at ranked play in shooters, fighting games and every genre in between. It is a strong choice for players who want to replace worn sticks themselves instead of replacing the whole controller.
Aim starts with the next-generation NXG analog mini-sticks, rated for 2 million activations and housed in modules you can pull out and replace when they wear. The mechanical D-pad uses 4 tact switches with an activation distance of just 0.45 mm, making diagonals and combo inputs clean and repeatable. The face buttons also use tact switches: Thrustmaster measured them as 64% faster than standard membrane buttons in lab testing, with a 0.3 mm activation distance and a rating of more than 5 million activations, so every press registers with a crisp, mouse-like click.
The controller adapts to the way you play. Trigger travel can be physically locked for faster shots or left long for progressive control, and two extra buttons on the back can be assigned directly on the gamepad. With the free ThrustmapperX software, available on Windows and directly from the Xbox menu, you can remap controls, set stick sensitivity and dead zones, adjust vibration strength, and import or export profiles. Compared with the eSwap X Pro Controller and eSwap X2, which add four rear buttons and ship with interchangeable D-pad, grip and trigger modules, the S Pro keeps things focused on swappable mini-stick modules and two rear buttons.
