SimPro Manager is used to update the firmware, assign the pedal role, calibrate travel, edit response curves and tune damping, friction, stops and telemetry vibration effects.
Order Processing
Sim Racing orders are typically processed within 1 to 4 business days, depending on current order volume. During peak periods such as holiday sales or promotional events, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free on orders of $150.00 or more in Canada, or $200 or more in the United States, except for bulky items such as chassis, frames, and racing seats, which are subject to a fixed shipping fee.
Orders under their specific country’s treshold are subject to a flat shipping fee of $19.00.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by location once the order has shipped.
Eastern Canada: approximately 3 business days

Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided once the order leaves our warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as it becomes available.
If you have not received tracking information yet, it means your order is still being prepared or processed.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are clearly identified on the product page. Estimated availability dates are provided as a reference and may change due to manufacturer or supplier delays.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that shipment will occur once the item becomes available, not at the time of purchase.
Product Availability
Stock levels displayed on the website are indicative only and may not always reflect real-time availability.
If an item is unavailable or backordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the expected restocking delay and discuss available options.
In some cases, an item marked as out of stock may be available, or an item shown as in stock may become unavailable due to high demand or supplier updates.
The SIMAGIC P-Active is an active, servo-driven sim racing pedal. Instead of relying on a fixed spring, elastomer or hydraulic cartridge, a motor generates the resistance under your foot, so a single unit can feel like any of them and can be assigned in software as a brake, throttle or clutch. It is built for drivers who want to start with one active brake and expand at their own pace, mounting it on an existing SIMAGIC P1000 or P2000 pedal platform, the dedicated P-Active Baseplate, or 40-series aluminum profiles.
At its heart is SIMAGIC‘s proprietary stacked belt-drive structure powered by a rated 600 W custom servo motor reaching 4,500 RPM, with full-stroke return in as little as 100 ms for fast, controlled response. Dual custom 250 kg load cells, mounted directly behind the pedal face and read by a 16-bit external ADC, capture your foot pressure precisely, with a 180 kg software force limit. A raised pivot creates a more forward pedal stroke with less ankle rotation, aligning leg force with pedal motion for precise pressure control and a smoother release under heavy braking. The pedal surface angle adjusts from 0 to 30 degrees to suit your driving position.
The pedal reacts to the car: live telemetry from around 20 supported titles turns ABS, traction control, wheel lock, wheel slip, RPM, clutch bite point and gear shifts into vibration under your foot. In SimPro Manager you assign the pedal role, calibrate travel, edit response curves with eight control points, set the dead zone, and tune damping, friction and front and back stop feel, with factory and custom presets. Its CNC aluminum alloy construction shows its precision internals through an open, transparent design. The P-Active connects to a PC over USB or to a SIMAGIC wheelbase, and several units link together over RJ45, each with its own power supply. Please note it does not fit the P1000i and P1000i-RS; the P-Active Baseplate is sold separately.
