Order Processing
Sim Racing orders are typically processed within 1 to 4 business days, depending on current order volume. During peak periods such as holiday sales or promotional events, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free on orders of $150.00 or more in Canada, or $200 or more in the United States, except for bulky items such as chassis, frames, and racing seats, which are subject to a fixed shipping fee. Orders under their specific country’s treshold are subject to a flat shipping fee of $19.99.
Orders under $135.00 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $19.00.

The SIMAGIC NEO X Bundles bring together the NEO X Hub and your choice of wheel rim into one complete, ready-to-race steering wheel. At the center of every bundle is the NEO X Hub, built from carbon fiber composite material and loaded with control: 8 customizable RGB buttons, 9 soft-light programmable RGB rev lights, 2 thumb rotary encoders, 2 twelve-set programmable LED encoders, and 2 seven-way multi-position rotary switches. Each encoder features its own independent RGB light source for quick, precise parameter adjustments and telemetry display, with colors and effects fully personalized through SimPro Manager or SimHub.
The layout is designed for racing under pressure. A smarter button arrangement keeps every adjustment within quick reach, while ultra-short-travel buttons with single-click activation and a 500 g trigger weight deliver instant response without accidental presses. Built-in 2.4G Wi-Fi keeps the hub connected, and SIMAGIC’s QR50 quick release is included for fast, secure mounting on SIMAGIC wheelbases. Thanks to the optional MagLink connection system and quick-release adapter plate, the NEO X also connects effortlessly to most mainstream 50 mm and 70 mm third-party systems, or even directly to your PC.
Choose the rim that matches your driving. The NEO X-350W is the full-size 350 mm round wheel, ideal for drift, rally, and street driving, with an all-new spacer included for the perfect drift setup. The NEO X-330T pairs the hub with a 330 mm rim suited to GT and touring-style racing. The NEO X-310G is the compact 310 mm option for a sharper, more aggressive GT and formula-style feel. And the NEO X-330R offers a 330 mm round rim for a versatile, all-around driving experience. Whichever configuration you choose, the hub’s controls, lighting, and software support stay identical, and rims remain interchangeable within the NEO X ecosystem.
Please note that the UP+ paddle shifter modules are sold separately, with flexible no-paddle, single-paddle, or dual-paddle configurations and adjustable paddle length and distance. Full SimPro Manager support provides extensive parameter adjustment, one-click preset imports, and native compatibility with major sim racing titles.
