The Next Level Racing Motion Platform V3 is a compact seat motion platform for virtual pilots and drivers who want the most realistic simulation experience at home. Next Level Racing describes it as putting you on the flight tarmac or the racetrack with precision and immersion. It mounts under the seat of a compatible cockpit, such as the Flight Simulator Pro, and moves only the seat while your controls stay fixed, so movement is felt through pressure on your body and muscles. Paired with a VR headset, it takes immersion further, and Next Level Racing motion platforms are also used by training institutions and professional pilots.
The V3 provides two degrees of freedom, pitch and roll, with up to 10° of angular displacement in each direction and a maximum speed of 20° per second, using professional motion cueing for fast yet smooth movement. Two side vibration points add tactile feedback driven by in-game telemetry. The included Platform Manager software is compatible with all major racing and flight titles on PC and is regularly updated as new games are released. It lets you adjust motion, bumps, roll and pitch with a click, and includes VR Headway, which calculates and applies compensation to your VR headset in real time.
Reliability comes from passive and active cooling with adaptive fan speed, a built-in power supply with active PFC and protection against short circuit, overload, overvoltage and overheating, and electromagnetic brakes that lock the platform when it is switched off. Internal acoustic panels keep it quiet for home use. For flight, it is compatible with the Flight Simulator Pro, built from the Flight Stand Pro and Flight Seat Pro. It also works with the GTtrack and F-GT Elite series, and with the GTElite and F-GT Elite Lite via the Elite Motion Adaptor Upgrade Kit. Please note this is the motion platform only; a compatible cockpit, a Windows PC and a supported game are required, and the cockpit is sold separately.
