The Next Level Racing Flight Simulator Seat 2.0 is a premium standalone flight seat, purpose-built for commercial, general aviation, and combat flight simulation. Rather than being adapted from a racing seat, it was designed specifically for flight, combining ergonomic precision, structural strength, and long-session comfort. Sold on its own, it lets you build a flight station around a cockpit you already own, upgrade a Next Level Racing flight cockpit, or complete a custom flight sim rig. It is the newer generation of Next Level Racing‘s dedicated flight seat, adding integrated lumbar adjustment, adjustable armrests, and a rear storage pocket to the formula.
Comfort and posture are where the Seat 2.0 stands out. Next Level Racing describes its integrated lateral and vertical lumbar adjustment as an industry first, letting you fine-tune lower back support for long-haul airline routes or intensive combat missions. Adjustable armrests support a natural arm position when you operate a yoke, joystick base, or throttle quadrant. The seat sliders are already attached for smooth forward and backward positioning, and a double recliner mechanism allows quick angle changes while adding rigidity and durability under load compared to traditional single-recline systems. The seat supports pilots from 120 to 210 cm tall, up to 150 kg, with a waist size of up to 44 inches.
A reinforced frame structure minimizes flex and movement during demanding control inputs, so your yoke, throttle quadrant, and HOTAS inputs stay precise. A rear storage pocket keeps checklists, accessories, or small peripherals within reach. The seat measures 58 x 64 x 102.5 cm and weighs 19.2 kg. It is compatible with the Elite Series cockpits, the Flight Simulator Cockpit (Boeing and MSFS Editions), the Seat Pro, the GTtrack cockpit, the Motion Platform V3, and the HF8 and HF8 Pro haptic pads, as well as a wide range of third-party flight cockpits. Please note this is the seat only; a cockpit or frame, and flight controls such as a yoke, joystick, throttle, and rudder pedals, are required and sold separately.
