Next Level Racing HFS is used on Windows PC to read game telemetry and adjust the strength and trigger behavior of each of the ERS3 Haptic‘s eight haptic motors (serial number required to download).
SimHub (optional) is optional third-party software supported by Next Level Racing for advanced, telemetry-driven control of the eight haptic zones.
The Next Level Racing ERS3 Haptic Feedback Sim Racing Seat combines two of Next Level Racing‘s best-known products: the comfort and ergonomics of the ERS3 Elite reclining seat and the haptic performance of the HF8 Pro. Shaped by feedback from the global sim community, it is the most accessible way in the range to get true integrated haptic feedback in a professional-grade seat. It suits sim racers and flight simmers alike, and its generous shape accommodates larger body types, up to a 44″ waist, making it a strong all-round seat for long racing, flying, and VR sessions.
Eight high-torque haptic motors are built into the seat frame rather than strapped on, so there is no shifting and no lost vibration. Using the same technology as the HF8 Pro, they deliver 200% more torque, 400% more power, and 60% faster motor speed than the original HF8, turning tire slip, curbs, surface texture, and impacts into detailed, positional feedback. On PC, Next Level Racing HFS software runs at 75 frames per second for ultra-low latency and lets you tune the strength and trigger behavior of each of the eight zones, with SimHub also supported. A built-in physical controller with LED indicators adjusts intensity on the fly.
On consoles, the 3.5 mm audio input converts game sound into vibration; individual motor control and telemetry effects are available only on PC through HFS or SimHub. The seat keeps the ERS3‘s comfort with SIMAERO Mesh fabric, cold-molded foam, dual recliners, and lumbar support. It is a bottom-mount seat supplied with attached seat sliders, compatible with the Elite Series, GTtrack, GTRacer, and GTSeat Add-on, the F-GT cockpit and frame only (using the F-GT sliders and removing the shifter plate), and most third-party cockpits. It supports 120-210 cm and 150 kg, measures 62 x 58 x 92 cm, and weighs 16.7 kg.
