  • Chrome-plated 45-steel hydraulic piston — harder, more wear-resistant, and dimensionally stable over thousands of laps compared to the aluminum piston in the original EVO
  • Dual step-seal system replacing the original single polyurethane seal — approximately 50% less internal friction, better pressure resistance, and improved leak prevention
  • Extended PTFE push-rod bushings on throttle and clutch — improved axial alignment and a more consistent, linear stroke on both pedals
  • 500,000-cycle durability rating at up to 400 bar — built for long-term heavy use without degradation in feel
  • 20 MPa hydraulic sensor — reads up to approximately 200 kg of brake force with the resolution needed for precise trail braking and modulation
  • Dual-stage brake cylinder with independently adjustable front and rear preload — two-phase pedal feel that mirrors the progressive response of a real car’s braking system
  • 4-stage step-wise force adjustment on all three pedals with independent preload tuning on each
  • Throttle with decoupled travel and spring preload control
  • Clutch with 4-level bite-point adjustment for precise launch control feel
  • M-DVF vibration feedback module included as standard — compatible with iRacing native vibration feedback and SimHub ShakeIt Motors
  • CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum chassis with sandblasted anodized finish — no flex, no deformation under load
  • Direct ARES base integration via included USB-C to USB-C CAN cable — no separate USB run from pedals to PC when running a full CONSPIT ecosystem
  • USB plug-and-play for standalone use with any PC sim rig
  • Externally identical to the original CPP EVO — drops into any existing setup without modification

CONSPIT Link 2.0 (free download from conspit.com) — used for pedal curve customization, brake axis input limiting, and mapping configuration. Basic plug-and-play functionality is available without software via USB HID. For vibration feedback customization, SimHub (free download at simhubdash.com) is required, using the ShakeIt Motors module. iRacing native vibration feedback is supported directly without SimHub.

  • CPP EVO V2 pedal set (2 or 3 pedal depending on configuration selected)
  • USB-C to USB-A cable (PC connection)
  • USB-C to USB-C cable (ARES CAN integration)
  • Mounting hardware
  • Quick start guide

Description

CONSPIT CPP EVO 2 V2 SimRacing Pedal set

The CPP EVO V2 is not a cosmetic refresh. Every change CONSPIT made between the original CPP EVO and the V2 is internal, mechanical, and purpose-driven. The external dimensions, mounting footprint, and overall structure are unchanged. What changed is everything inside the brake cylinder — the components that determine feel, friction, and longevity over thousands of laps.

The most significant upgrade is the hydraulic piston itself. The original CPP EVO used an aluminum piston. The V2 replaces it with a chrome-plated 45-steel piston — a significantly harder material with better wear resistance and more stable dimensional tolerances over time. In a hydraulic system, piston surface quality has a direct effect on seal integrity and braking consistency. The chrome-plated steel piston ensures the cylinder wall maintains its geometry through extended use, which means the pedal feel you have on week one is the pedal feel you have a year later.

The sealing system has been redesigned from the ground up as well. The original single polyurethane seal has been replaced with a dual step-seal configuration combining an elastic O-ring with a PTFE sliding ring. PTFE has significantly lower friction than polyurethane, and the dual-element design improves pressure resistance and leak prevention simultaneously. The practical result is approximately 50% less internal friction than the original EVO — which translates directly to a smoother pedal return, better trail braking resolution, and more consistent modulation under hard repeated use. The system is rated to 400 bar and validated to 500,000 actuation cycles.

The throttle and clutch pedals received their own mechanical improvement. The original NBR rubber push-rod guides have been replaced with extended PTFE bushings, improving axial alignment across the full pedal stroke. This removes a source of lateral play and delivers a more linear, consistent feel on both pedals — particularly noticeable on the clutch during precision bite-point work.

The hydraulic sensor is a 20 MPa unit capable of reading up to approximately 200 kg of applied force. It detects the smallest variations in brake pressure and converts them into analog input with the resolution and responsiveness that aggressive braking and trail-braking techniques demand. The dual-stage cylinder design creates a two-phase brake feel: a softer initial phase as the first cylinder engages, transitioning to a firmer resistance as the rear cylinder joins — mimicking the progressive feel of a real car’s brake system. Both stages have independent preload adjustment, so you can tune the transition point and peak stiffness independently to match your preferred braking style.

All three pedals — throttle, brake, and clutch on the 3-pedal set — feature four-stage step-wise force adjustment and independent preload tuning. The throttle has decoupled control over travel and spring preload. The clutch has four levels of bite-point feel adjustment. The M-DVF vibration feedback module is included as standard on all configurations, compatible with iRacing’s native vibration feedback and SimHub’s ShakeIt Motors for tactile cues on ABS, wheel lock, traction loss, and curb strikes.

The CPP EVO V2 connects to your PC via USB or integrates directly with CONSPIT ARES series wheelbases through the rear CAN port via the included USB-C to USB-C cable. Pedal curve, axis limits, and mapping are configured through CONSPIT Link 2.0. Vibration feedback customization is handled in SimHub.
