The CONSPIT ARES Apex is the most accessible entry into Conspit’s ARES direct drive family, delivering 8 Nm of maximum torque in the most compact package of the range. Born from Conspit’s collaboration between elite professional drivers and a motorsport engineering team, the Apex brings genuinely strong, accurate force feedback with smooth control and long-session comfort, making it an ideal first direct drive base or a compact upgrade from belt-driven hardware.
Precision comes from a 21-bit encoder that resolves wheel position down to 0.00017°, paired with asymmetric dual processors (170 MHz + 168 MHz) for high-speed, stable feedback processing and a maximum torque change rate of 4 Nm/ms. The durable aluminum chassis measures just 134 × 150 × 196 mm and weighs 5.9 kg, keeping the footprint minimal on desks and compact rigs while offering four M6 bottom and four M8 side mounting points for flexible, rigid installation.
The Apex slots into Conspit’s open ecosystem: it connects to your PC over USB, offers CONSPIT CAN ports for supported devices and an optional CES E-Stop connection, and uses the CDR quick-release standard, built around the same specs most of the sim racing world uses, so it fits a wide range of wheels (the wheel-side quick release is sold separately). Everything is configured through Conspit Link 2.0, with full FFB adjustment, system monitoring, and professional presets developed with real racing drivers. Please note this is a wheelbase only; a steering wheel and wheel-side quick release are required and sold separately.
