Description

Conspit Ares 12Nm

The CONSPIT ARES 12 is the core of Conspit’s ARES direct drive series, created by uniting elite professional drivers with a premier motorsport engineering team. Delivering 12 Nm of maximum torque through a custom dual skewed-pole direct drive motor, it produces ultra-smooth, highly detailed force feedback with cogging torque below 2.3%, a motor designed specifically for sim racing rather than adapted from industrial servos.

What truly separates the ARES 12 is its 23-bit high-resolution optical encoder, delivering sub-0.01° angular resolution with accuracy and stability that magnetic systems of identical resolution cannot match. Combined with a leading motor control system and a rapid torque slew rate, even the finest road details are faithfully reproduced, and every unit is validated against industry-grade torque sensors so the published performance matches what you actually feel. Real-time, high-frequency thermal monitoring keeps the motor and control system stable through long endurance sessions.

Machined from aerospace aluminum in a compact 134 × 150 × 260 mm body, the ARES 12 features magnetic POGO contacts on the front face for quick installation of expansion modules such as the CSD Nano dashboard, a dedicated safety mode suitable for supervised family use, and support for the optional CES E-Stop. It uses Conspit’s CDR quick-release standard for broad wheel compatibility, mounts via four M6 bottom and four M8 side points, and is fully configured through Conspit Link 2.0, including professional presets created by real drivers and vehicle dynamics engineers. Please note this is a wheelbase only; a steering wheel and wheel-side quick release are required and sold separately.
