The Asetek Racing Dual Mode Shifter is a precision-engineered shifter that combines an H-pattern gate and a sequential mode in a single unit, so one add-on covers everything from road cars and classic Le Mans racers to modern sequential race cars. Engineered in Denmark, it brings the build quality of the Asetek Racing range to manual shifting, with crisp, clearly defined gears and a solid mechanical feel. It is made for drivers who want realistic gear changes in their rig, whatever car they are in or track they are on, without having to own two separate shifters.

The full 7+R layout gives you seven forward gears and reverse in H-pattern mode for authentic manual shifting. Switching to sequential mode is completely tool-free: use the integrated selector and an LED confirms the active mode, so you can change disciplines in seconds between sessions. Gear detection relies on contactless Hall effect sensors that provide ultra-precise, maintenance-free input with no wear, while the mechanism delivers consistent resistance on both upshifts and downshifts. The shifter has been tested for 300,000 shift cycles for reliable performance race after race.

Precision-machined aluminum and steel construction gives the unit rigidity and zero flex. It installs on the left or right side of your cockpit with four M6 threaded T-nuts, an 80 mm wide pattern and a variable 30 to 69 mm length, and side mount hardware is included so you are ready to race out of the box. It pairs naturally with the Asetek Racing Load Cell Handbrake and also supports table clamping. The shifter connects to a PC over USB-C and is configured in Asetek RaceHub, and it is Xbox ready with an Asetek Racing Xbox-compatible wheelbase and steering wheel.
