It suits drivers moving up to direct drive who want a complete formula-style setup from a single ecosystem. Within the family, this is the two-pedal version with the mechanical Forte load cell brake. The wheelbase delivers 12 Nm of peak and holding torque with a 4 Nm/ms peak slew rate, and its 22-bit encoder resolves 0.000085 degrees, about 4,000,000 steps per revolution, with no cogging or lag for clean, detailed force feedback.
