Asetek RaceHub is used to update firmware and set up every device in the bundle, from force feedback, steering range and profile presets to button mapping, LED behavior and pedal calibration.
This Asetek Racing bundle puts together a complete formula-style setup around the Forte 18Nm direct drive wheelbase, the middle step of the Asetek Racing range between the La Prima and the flagship Invicta. It adds the Forte Formula Button Box fitted with the Formula Regular Handles, the Forte brake and throttle pedals and the La Prima Clutch System. Unlike the GT bundles, which use a round or D-shaped rim, the open-bottom formula handles suit single-seaters and open-wheel cars, where quick, accurate inputs matter more than leverage. It is aimed at sim racers who want serious direct drive torque and a fully matched three-pedal setup without going to the very top of the range.
The Forte base delivers 18 Nm of peak and holding torque with a 6.7 Nm/ms peak slew rate, and its 22-bit absolute encoder resolves 0.000085 degrees, about 4,000,000 steps per revolution. The Forte Formula Button Box offers 12 push buttons, 2 two-way toggle switches, 2 seven-way Kinky switches, 3 twelve-position rotary encoders, 6 thumb encoders and 2 contactless magnetic shifter paddles, with 49 aRGB LEDs for rev lights, flags, buttons and rotaries. The Forte brake uses the two-stage M.L.C.P.C. load cell system with up to 180 kg of force at the pedal plate, and the throttle and clutch use contactless 16-bit Hall sensors.
The wheelbase has an anodized extruded aluminum housing, four programmable RGB LED zones and five USB-C ports at the rear that act as the hub for the pedals. Its Asetek Racing Quick Release carries data and power to the wheel with no cables or batteries. The button box chassis combines carbon fiber reinforced composite with a forged carbon structure and a 2 mm woven carbon fiber face, and the Regular Handles bolt on with 8 M4 screws for a 290 mm wheel. The clutch slides onto the Forte pedal base, and everything is configured in RaceHub. Please note a cockpit or wheelbase mount is sold separately, and the bundle works on PC (Windows 10 or 11) only.
