Description

Here is what you can expect:

  • Imagine and publish creative content that captures attention.
  • Animate our online communities and interact with our passionate customers.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align content with overall strategy.
  • Cover our internal and external events (photo and video on the ground).
  • Track and analyze content performance to continuously improve.
  • Provide attentive and personalized customer service, both online and in person.

Desired qualities:

  • Experience in customer service: answering questions, supporting, and building community loyalty.
  • Bilingualism required (FR/EN).
  • Strong interest in gaming, technology, or SIM Racing is a major asset.
  • Passion for creating engaging visual content (video, photo, storytelling).
  • Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Adobe, and Canva.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

Job type: Full-time

Work location: On-site, 2480 Charbonneau Street, Trois-Rivières

Compensation: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Expected hours: 35 hours per week
