The customer is entirely responsible for the adequate packaging of any returned product, including the use of original packaging or packaging of equivalent quality. The customer assumes full responsibility for any damage occurring during return shipping, whether the return is for a refund, an exchange, or a shipment as part of a warranty claim. NOX Gaming strongly recommends purchasing shipping insurance for all returns. No refund, exchange, or warranty service will be granted for a product received damaged due to inadequate packaging during return shipping. Any damage noted upon receipt of a return and attributable to insufficient packaging will be documented and communicated to the customer, and may result in the invoicing of necessary repairs.\n<\/div>

\nSECTION 14 \u2013 INDEMNIFICATION\n<\/h3>
